Dorothy Thomas Gravley

Dorothy Thomas Gravley, age 94, of Pulaski, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Lewis-Gale Hospital in Pulaski. Born on October 4, 1931, in Copper Hill, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Vance Thomas and Iris Lorraine Mason Thomas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Early Eugene Gravley, and her son, David Gravley.

Dorothy served her country as a Corporal in the United States Army. She was a devoted mother whose love for her family remained steadfast throughout her long life. She is survived by her sons, Earnie (Caroline) Gravley of North Carolina, Eugene (Vicky) Gravley of Pulaski, Dexter Gravley of Pulaski, Dennis (Angie) Gravley of Pulaski, and Terry Gravley of Pulaski; her daughter-in-law, Debbie Gravley of Tennessee; her brothers, Shelton Lee Thomas and Kenneth Thomas; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren who will carry forward the legacy of her strength and quiet devotion.
