She was born in Zanesville, Ohio on March 18, 1953 to the late Richard and Hazel (Wells) Jeffrey. She is preceded in death by her parents and six siblings.She is survived by her loving husband Mark of 47 years. She is also survived by her children Melanie Dowler (Max), Marilyn Martin, Michelle Riffle, Matthew Riffle (Stephanie); grandchildren Justin, Martin, Caity, Trenton, and Jace; great granddaughter Aelin.Dottie adored her family and loved her grandchildren with all her being.
