Dorothy Pearl Atkins, 83, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away on March 12, 2026 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. Born on May 22, 1942 to Spencer Cole and Viola Morgan Cole, also in Memphis, Dorothy lived a full life surrounded by the love of her family.
She is survived by her three children, Tetranetta Stevenson of Memphis, Donnie Eason, and Carlos Eason; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Spencer Cole and Viola Morgan Cole.
Her memory will be cherished by those who knew her best—her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren—who will carry forward the quiet strength and enduring love she shared with them throughout her life.
