Dorothy Thomas ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Osborne Funeral Home, PA - Williamsport on Mar. 17, 2026.Falling Waters, WV – Dorothy Jean Thomas, 80, of Falling Waters, WV passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026, at her home.She was born on September 3, 1945, in Seattle, Washington to the late Thomas Neay and Toy Wah Chen.She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Charles J. "Charlie" Thomas in 2024.Jean received her bachelor's degree from Kent State and her master's in education from Shippensburg University.She was employed by Washington County Board of Education as a business teacher at Boonsboro High School for 35 years until her retirement.She was a member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church Williamsport, MD. She taught Sunday School.Jean volunteered at Conococheague Little League and ran the concession stand for several years. She also volunteered at St. Maria Goretti and Hagerstown Pony League.She is survived by her sons, Steven Thomas (Kristy) and John Thomas (Amy); grandchildren Connor, Brandon, Riley, and Parker, and nieces Lisa Farley, Amy Nezovich, and Sara Dlugolinski.Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her sisters Nancy J.
