Dorothy passed from this life on March 15th, 2026, in her home in Tahlequah, Oklahoma with her daughter by her side.Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband Arthur L DeGroot, parents Woodson and Rebecca, sister Mary, brothers Ralph, Marvin, and Howard.She is survived by her daughter Tina, husband Jimmy, grand-daughter Crissy her sons Kobe and Kameron, grandson Rusty wife Ashley, grandkids KyLee, Brently, Wyatt, Gage, Konner and Inzli, grand-daughter Tiffany, husband Mark and their girls Cierra, Andrea and Grace, her sister Mary, husband Jerry and their grandkids Henry, Danielle and Dahila, and her brother Harry.In her younger years Dorothy was a homemaker where she raised their only daughter, later in her life she was an avid childcare professional who greatly enjoyed working with infants.Dorothy found great joy in spending time with her family and watching her grandkids and great grandkids grow up, she also loved to watch the red birds from her front window.
