(Allard) Pulsifer, 92, of Howard Rd., passed away peacefully at home on Monday, March 9th, after a brief illness.Her beloved husband of 61 years, Irving E. Pulsifer, passed away in 2021. She leaves her two sons, Duane I. Pulsifer and his wife, Lori of Holland and Eric D. Pulsifer and his wife, Kimberly of Brookfield; her two daughters, Anna-Lee Stefanik and her husband, Mark of Dudley and Donna-Lee Richard and her husband, John of Warren; her brother, Norman Allard of Chapel Hill, NC; her sister, Eleanor Levesque of Auburn; ten cherished grandchildren, Jessica-Lee, Benjaman, Thomas, Ashlee, Samuel, Shanna, Alex, Thor, Patrick and Owen; eight great grandchildren, Anna, Magnolia, Wade, Thea, Dean, Harper, Mckinlee, Freya and many nieces and nephews. Dorothea was predeceased by a brother, Alfred Allard and a sister, Caroline Cheney.Dorothea was born in Southbridge the daughter of Bernard A. and Alfreda (Norman) Allard.She worked for many years for Fletcher, Tilton and Whipple Law Offices as a Law Clerk as well as a Packer for Jonny Apple Seed. Dorothea also worked in the Town Clerk's Office and the Assessor's Office at the Town Hall in Southbridge. She was a very active and dedicated member of the Elm Street Congregational Church in Southbridge. Dorothea enjoyed baking and taking time to work in her gardens. She loved her family and will be missed by all.A graveside service will be held later this spring in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Southbridge.There are no calling hours.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital, 516 Crew St., Springfield, MA 01104 or online at donate.shrinerschildrens.org or to the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, online at gorainbow.org/donateThe Daniel T.
