She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Graham; her parents, Alfred Lefebvre and Alice Lefebvre (Turcotte); and her siblings, Bernadette Gilchrist, Beatrice Arias, Joseph Lefebvre and Edmund Lefebvre.

She is survived by: her daughters, Rosemarie Giacin (Keith) and Patricia Velletri (Joseph); her grandchildren, Alexandra, Grace Giacin, Mia and Nikki Velletri; and her siblings, Rita Callitri, Estelle St. Pierre and Claire Hoogasian.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Augustine Church (639 Mt Pleasant Ave, Providence, RI 02908).
