Doris Lee Daughtry

Doris Lee Daughtry, 77, of Gulfport, MS died Friday, March 13, 2026, in Gulfport.

Doris was born on March 1, 1949, to McEnnis and Stella Jones. She was a retired seamstress who loved, sewing, baking, cooking, traveling and spending time with family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and spouse, Dennis Daughtry, Sr.; a son, Michael J. Daughtry, identical twin Mary Alice Turnage; and a sister, Evelyn Hathorn.

Doris is survived by sons, Dennis Daughtry (Yolandra), and Jonathan Daughtry, Sr. (Padra); a daughter, Chandler Daughtry, and grandchildren Domonique L. Daughtry, Jonathan A. Daughtry, Jr., Melanie J. Daughtry, Julian P. Daughtry, Kennedy J. Daughtry, Nicholas J. Daughtry.; siblings, Lillian Nichols and Lizzie Martin; and pet, Chazz A. Daughtry.
