Doris L. Robinson

Doris Lacasse Robinson of Lewiston, Maine, passed away on March 5, 2026 at D'Youville Pavilion in Lewiston at the age of 75. Born on October 15, 1950 in Lewiston, she was the daughter of the late Leo Lacasse and Aurore (Roy) Lacasse.

She graduated from Lewiston High School and worked in her earlier years as a vocational secretary at the school and as a waitress at Happy Jacks. Doris found joy in her pets, especially her cats and birds. She loved cooking, dancing, and music, and followed sports with particular enthusiasm for figure skating and hockey during the Winter Olympics. Above all, she cherished time spent with family and friends, gathering for dinners, holiday celebrations, and trips to the ocean. A faithful Christian, she lived with quiet devotion and warmth.

Doris is survived by her son Brian Croteau and his wife Caroline of Poland, Maine; grandson Brendon Croteau of St. Petersburg, Florida; granddaughter Shelby Belanger and her husband Mike of Hartford, Maine; and great-grandchildren Asher and Silas. She is also survived by her sister Anita Barth of Yorba Linda, California. She was predeceased by her parents, her sister Jeanne Walsh, and her son Scott Croteau.
