Doris A LeBlanc
August 5, 1926— March 6, 2026
Worcester, MA
Doris A. LeBlanc, 99, of Worcester, passed away on March 6, 2026, surrounded by her adoring family.
She was reunited with the love of her life, Raymond J. LeBlanc, her childhood sweetheart of 73 years, who waited for “his girl” with his kind and patient smile. Their loving daughter, Donna Jamros, and granddaughters Wendy Adams and Tina Jamros were there with him, along with her parents and siblings, as if ready to begin Sunday dinner once more.
Born in Worcester, Doris was the youngest of seven children of Sarah (Porirer) LeBlanc and Alyre LeBlanc. All of her siblings had predeceased her, yet remained deeply special to her. She shared a lively bond with her oldest sister, Louise Bolduc, with whom she would playfully “not argue” in French in the kitchen, and with Louise’s husband Antonio. She enjoyed regular lunches with her brother Ernest LeBlanc and his wife Grace, and cherished her brother Alfred LeBlanc, whom she described as a class clown, and his wife Eva. Three other siblings had passed before Doris was born.
Doris embraced life with quiet wonder. She loved adventure, took brisk five-mile walks twice daily, sang with genuine joy, and delighted in preparing large home-cooked meals. Family was her world; she had a gift for making everyone feel like cherished family, never missing an opportunity to say “I love you.” She is survived by her devoted son-in-law, Richard Jamros, who cared for her every day after Raymond passed; her granddaughter Cheryl Jamros; great-grandchildren Ashley Little and her husband Brady Little, whose cooking and family meals brought her great pleasure, Madison Adams, with whom she shared playful Tuesdays filled with grocery store adventures and lunch, and Jessica Adams and her father Mark Adams; great-great-granddaughters Natalie Renee and Charlotte Wendy, who filled her with joy; and her beloved four-legged great-great-grandchildren Pepper, Chelsea, Baxter, and Archie. She also leaves many special nieces, nephews, and friends.
