Donnie Marvin Watkins

Donnie Marvin Watkins, 52, of Columbia, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Born on May 25, 1973, in Maury County, Tennessee, to Johnny and Jan Foster Watkins and Lois Clark Watkins, Donnie possessed a strong work ethic and spent many years working alongside his father. He found joy in the outdoors, fishing, playing guitar, and spending time with family and friends. Known for his funny and outgoing personality, he cherished his loved ones and touched the lives of all who knew him.

He is survived by his daughter, Brooklyn Watkins; his sister, Tracy (Bubba) Deason; his stepsister, Janean (Bobby) Greer; nieces Destanee Deason, Dakotah Deason, and Shyanne Watkins; great-niece Ellianna Deason; nephew Kaleb Deason; grandmother Margie Clark; and eight great-nieces and nephews. Donnie was preceded in death by his son, Dyllan Watkins.
