She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Wonsewitz; her son James Wonsewitz; her parents, Eleanor Catherine Borgmeyer and Joseph Doberstein; and her brother John Borgmeyer (late Wanza).

She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Heuer (late Tom), Cathy Geimer (Ron) and Lori Dillick (James); and her sister Deanna Hinson (late Fred). She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters, MO 63376). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
