She was 64.Born in Utica on May 10, 1961, daughter of the late Raymond and Helen (Gregorie) Callahan. She is the wife of Frank J. Williams.Donna worked as a caregiver for the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities in Easton. In earlier years she enjoyed attending concerts with her daughter Courtney and her best friend Cathy. She loved spending time with her family and especially her beloved grandson Elijah.Survivors in addition to her husband include her daughter, Courtney Williams, her grandson Elijah Williams and her siblings Linda (Roy) Hammond, Helen Callahan, Raymond Callahan, Larry (Loretta) Callahan, Roger (Dominga) Callahan and Billy Callahan.
