Donna Mae Inman

Donna Mae Inman, 90, of Monmouth, Illinois, passed away on March 11, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her family. Born on January 18, 1936, in Pekin, Illinois, she was the daughter of James Kay and Sadie Rae (Marks) Watkins. Raised and educated in Bowen, she graduated from Bowen High School. In August of 1953, she married Kenneth Inman in California. He preceded her in death on May 15, 1998.

Donna worked for many years at Porcelain Products in Macomb before retiring. She found joy in crocheting, cross-stitching, and working word search puzzles, and she was a longtime member of the Nazarene Church in Macomb. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose quiet strength and loving presence touched everyone in her large family.

She is survived by her children, Teresa (Johnnie) Zimmerman of Macomb, Illinois, Connie (JT) Haycraft of Monmouth, Donald Inman of Moline, Illinois, and Edwin (Linn) Inman of Bowen, Illinois; her siblings, William Watkins of Webster, Illinois, and Mary Slabaugh of Ann Arbor, Michigan; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth; her daughter, Karen Inman; her son, John Inman; her siblings, Harvey, Kenneth, and Pauline; and one great-granddaughter, Ariana Inman.
