Twaddle, 75, of New Castle passed away the evening of March 13, 2026 at UPMC Jameson Hospital.Born in Pittsburgh, Pa. on August 28, 1950, Donna was the daughter of the late David S. and Dorothy Albacker Twaddle.Donna had worked at P.O. Lunch as a waitress and then for Reese Brothers in telemarketing. She also enjoyed doing volunteer work at the Salvation Army.Donna is survived by her two children, Jennifer Twaddle and William Twaddle, her brother, David Twaddle, her sister, Doris Geck and three grandchildren, Morgan Taylor, Michael Taylor and Lannece Smith.In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her brother, Dale Twaddle.Honoring her wishes there is no visitation or service.
