Donna Bashoor ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home & Crematory on Mar. 17, 2026.Donna J. Bashoor 75, lost her third and final battle with cancer on March 16, 2026. Born January 11, 1947 to Paul and Mary Beadle. She was a 1965 graduate of Louisville High School and went on to be the valedictorian of her nursing class. She spent the next fifty plus years caring for thousands of patients. Although always tiring and at times stressful, she loved being a nurse; to her it was a calling.Over the years she engaged in many hobbies and activities, but the constant was her love of cooking and baking. She called her kitchen "her happy place.". Family, friends, neighbors, and strangers alike enjoyed the fruits of her labor.Many thanks go out to her son, friends, and Crossroads Hospice staff that helped her to get through this last fight on her terms and with dignity.She is predeceased by her parents, and infant brother and brother, Mark Beadle.She is survived by her son, Robert W. Bashoor, III, the pride and joy of her life.According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a brief graveside service where her ashes will be interred at Union Cemetery in Louisville, Ohio at a date to be determined.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
