She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Fischer and Martha Ellen Fischer of Milford, Delaware.. She is survived by: her daughter Martha Ellen "M. E." David; her son-in-law Erik David; her grandchildren, Elliot David and Laina David; her siblings, Debra A. Fischer, Robert A. Fischer Jr. and Richard S. Fischer; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Fischer and Kim Fischer. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and their children.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pt Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium-Atkins-Lodge Chapel (16961 Kings Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium (16961 Kings Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958).
