She is survived by: her mother Vada Lee Sandlin (Sumner); her husband Erik Phillips; her children, Holden Donald Ewing Karnes and Mason Gregory Karnes; her father Donald Sandlin; her sister Millie Barnard (Shawn); her stepchildren, Corianne Noelle Phillips and Benjamin Allen Scott-Phillips; her nieces, Shalyn Rayne Barnard and Raylee Ann Barnard; her parents-in-law, Tim and Nancy Phillips; and her brother-in-law Mark Phillips (Bonnie).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stout & Son-Burlington Chapel (44 S Michigan St, Burlington, IN 46915). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

Contributions may be made in Donna's name to Stout & Son Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
