He was born on April 8,1957 to parents, Donald and Jo Liggett, in Furstenfeldbruck, Germany (Air Force). He graduated from Rutherford High School in Panama City, Florida. He worked at Groome Transportation in Lady Lake.He is survived by his mother, Jo, his wife of 24 years, Annette, his sons, Jason and James, his daughters Ashley Brooke (Bart) and Samantha, his sister, Lori Willis (Ralph), his nephew, Tristen, his grandsons Kane, Reese, Carter, and countless family and friends.
