Donald "Bobby" Richardson

Donald “Bobby” Richardson, of Beverly, New Jersey, passed away after a brief illness on March 8, 2026, at the age of 54, surrounded by his family. Born on April 22, 1971, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was the beloved son of Donald and Ethel “Joyce” Richardson (née Crump).

Bobby was a devoted father to Robert Richardson and Ashley O’Donnell, and the loving father of the late Catie Seltner. He was the proud grandfather of Cayden, Delaney, Bowie, Stevie, Liam, Seamus, and Amelia. He is also survived by his siblings, Jim McWilliams, Debbie Richardson, and Tate Richardson, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss him deeply.

Known for his kind and generous spirit, Bobby would readily give the shirt off his back to help others. Humble, quick to laugh, and never easily embarrassed, he was affectionately regarded as the funny “crazy” uncle whose sense of humor lit up family gatherings. Above all, he cherished and remained devoted to his family.

Bobby held a deep love for music and writing, often channeling his philosophical outlook through both. An avid reader, he was passionate about history, politics, and mob dramas. He played the bass guitar, enjoyed long walks and hiking, and treasured the simple moments that brought people together.
