He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Todd Mellem (Kim) and Jodi Trom (Chuck); his grandchildren, Jake (Emily), Breanna, Josh (Ashley), Hannah and Carter; his great grandchildren, Layla, Hallie, Brooks and Cameron; and his brothers, Curtis (Donna), Dennis (Karen) and Eugene (Barb). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel-Blaine (1385 107th Ave NE, Blaine, MN 55434). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
