He worked for many years at Pirelli Armstrong Manufacturing. He loved golfing in his younger years but continued gardening and working out.He is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Rosso; son, Donald H. Rosso, Jr; mother, Geneva Blaylock Roberson. He is survived by his children, Shirley Wheeler and Susan Rosso Polk; grandchildren, John Jacob Wheeler and Jessica (Lucas) Rosso Savage; many great grand nieces and nephews, cousins and lots of friends.Visitation will be on Sunday, March 8, 2026, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home.
