Donald Gene Marty of Middleton, Wisconsin, passed away on March 15, 2026 at the age of 85. With his vibrant spirit and warm presence, he touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He was predeceased by his parents, Walter Marty and Barbara Marty (Klassy); his wife, Lory, of St. Peter’s Catholic Church; his children, Donnie Marty and Michele Mahoney; his brothers, Delmar Marty, Leon Marty and Earl Marty; and his nephew, Lee Breunig.
Donald is survived by his children, Tammy Carlson (Brian Cate), Peter Marty (Ellen), Duane Marty, Aaron Marty, Lucas Marty (Kelly), Naomi Olayo (Joel) and Sarah Marty; his children-in-law, Lou Mahoney and Kaye Marty; his sister-in-law, Beverly Breunig (Ervin); and dear friends Duane and Eileen Bell, Joe and Diane Buol, and Earl and Mary Meinholz. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
