He was predeceased by: his wife Mary L. Harris (Conkle); his daughter Cheryl L. Engler; his sons-in-law, Charles L. McCune and Mark A. Boyd; his parents, Frank Harris and Francis Harris; and his siblings, Daryl, Robert, Erma and Dolly.

He is survived by: his children, Denise L. McCune of Massillon, Michele H. Dawson (Bill) of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Michael B. Harris (Susan) of Dennison; and his grandchildren, Jana L LoCoco (Joe), Jennifer L. Budner (A. J.), Jericho H. McCune, Michael B. Harris and Matthew D. Bullock (Ryan). He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family members.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Paquelet Funeral Home (1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
