Don Norman McMinn Sr., 76, of Asheville, passed away on March 12, 2026. Born on November 12, 1949, to Robert Claude McMinn and Georgia Pegg McMinn, Don was preceded in death by his sister, Wanda.
He is survived by his loving wife, Patsy Robinson McMinn; his children, Stacy Woody, Michelle Stokes (Sean), Rodney Thomas, Kimberly Morris, Don Jr. (Crystal), Joey McMinn (Marie), Dwayne McMinn (Michelle), Anita Shepherd, Kim Ball (Brandon), and Ginger Tolar; his brothers, Steven McMinn, Bobby McMinn, and Roger McMinn; his sister, Kathy; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Don lived a life rooted in faith and family, finding his greatest joy in the relationships that surrounded him. His presence brought warmth and steadiness to those who knew and loved him.
