Dolores M. Buchberger

We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2026, at the age of 96, Dolores M. Buchberger (Appleton, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Buchberger and Minnie Buchberger (Artz); and her sister Marie Rettler. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Yvonne Buchberger; her siblings' children, Steve Rettler (Sherry) of Scottsdale, AZ, David Rettler (Kathy) of Scottsdale, AZ and Thomas Rettler (Courtnay); her brothers, Raymond and James; and her brother-in-law Fred Rettler. She is also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews and many special friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (500 W Marquette St, Appleton, WI 54911). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 18th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.

A memorial has been established in Dolores' name for St. Pius X Parish.
