She was born on March 11, 1934, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late John and Catherine Franko (nee Biacofsky). Dee was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Gibbs; her son, Chuckee Gibbs; and her sister, Ellie Pavsek.Dee will be dearly missed by her family. Loving mother of Tammy Gibbs; beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews; and a host of dear friends.Visitation and memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087.
