She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond H. Guthrie and Freda B. Guthrie (Cunningham). She is survived by: her husband Phillip Campbell (Phid); her children, Phillip Campbell Jr. (Julie) of Nineveh, PA, Marcy St (Larry) and Lorri Cook (Chris) of Graysville, PA.; and her grandchildren, Jason Carroll, Justin Carroll, Lindsay Hartzell (Chris Benedict), Ryan Hewitt (Jessica), Brandon Hewitt (Katherine) and Heather Hensley (Josh).

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home (3275 W Roy Furman Hwy, Sycamore, PA 15359). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery.
