Diane E. Beck

Diane E. Beck (Abbott), 78, of Bayville, New Jersey, died on March 9, 2026. Born in Camden, New Jersey, she grew up in South Plainfield and later lived in Indiana before settling in Bayville. She earned her nursing degree from the University of Evansville and worked as a registered nurse in several capacities, including case management in New Jersey. Diane was also actively involved on the national level with the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority.

She was predeceased by her parents, John and Edna (Gilligan) Abbott. Diane is survived by her two sons, James “Bradley” Beck and his wife Bridget Thomas, and Todd Douglass Beck and his wife Angel; her sister Kathleen Colucci and her husband Ed; her niece Natalie; and six grandchildren, Dannika, Noah, Madeline, Zachary, Izze, and Link.

She will be remembered for her dedication to her family, her profession, and the quiet strength she brought to every role she filled.
