He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Steve Fryman, Carl and Louise Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Alicia Taylor; his son Oliver Wayne Taylor of West Union, OH; his parents, Corky Neff of Sebring, FL and Wilma Taylor of Manchester, OH; his siblings, Brianna (Shane Mitchell) and Cameron Taylor of Sebring, FL; his grandmother Phyllis Fryman of Aberdeen, OH; and his siblings' children, Ivy Shae Mitchell and Nash Mitchell. He is also survived by Several Aunts & Uncles.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home (216 W Mulberry St, West Union, OH 45693). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
