Devin Matthew Tice

Devin Matthew Moine Tice, born on July 29, 1989, in Loveland, Colorado, passed away on February 28, 2026, in a fatal car crash. He was the son of Eric Tice and Steffani Brooks.

Devin was a hardworking, caring, and compassionate man who played hard and loved even harder. His presence left a lasting impression on everyone whose life he touched. He worked as a foreman for Mile High Striping Inc., where he was known as an innovative problem solver who thought outside the box. Colleagues often recalled his resourcefulness, most memorably when he completed an entire parking lot striping job using only duct tape after discovering he lacked the proper equipment.

Devin cherished tinkering and learning alongside his grandfather and father, sharing their passion for working on vehicles and home projects. After his grandfather’s passing, he lived with his grandmother, Janet Tice, offering her loving companionship and helping to maintain the family home.

He is survived by his parents, Eric and Steffani, his sister Jennifer Hollans, his brothers Tyler Watson and Tanner Tice, and his grandmother Janet Tice. He also leaves behind aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews who will miss him dearly, including Vicki England, Mark England, Shaun England, Zachary England, Samantha and Jeramie Tice. Devin was predeceased by his grandfather, Daniel Tice, and his uncle, Jeffrey Tice.
