Derrik Dwayne Richard Tabor, 42, of Portsmouth, passed away on March 7, 2026. A dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant with Wise Home Care in South Point, Derrik brought compassion and care to those he served throughout his career.
He is survived by his siblings, his children, and one grandchild, who will carry forward the love and memories they shared with him.
Derrik will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his commitment to helping others, and the quiet strength he showed in every part of his life.
