She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Rice and Mary Nell Rice; her husband David Marion Netherton; her siblings, Carl Dean, Loretta "Jean" Epperson and Gary Rice; and her stepson Timothy "Tim" Netherton.

She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Shaw (Ricky), Beverly French (Eddie), Pamela "Pam" Williams (Mark) and James "Jimmy" Sheplear (Kreshna); her stepchildren, Tamara Ragon (Russell) and Bethlynn Netherton; and her brother Tommy Rice (Shirley). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home Chapel (1325 N Oak St, Morrilton, AR 72110). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
