Born on September 7, 1948, in Waynesboro, he served honorably in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1965 to 1968. He spent most of his working life as a skilled machinist.
Dennis is remembered as a devoted father and grandfather who cherished his family. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, and several siblings.
