Dennis Denning

Dennis S. Denning, 83, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 14, 2026, at Turtle & Crane Assisted Living. He was under the care of Eden Home Health and Hospice and his loving family.

Dennis was born June 21, 1942, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Manuel Denning and Zola Irma Hansen Denning. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls where he attended A.H. Bush Elementary and Bonneville High School. After high school Dennis began working as a brick layer for Jay Nield.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Dennis was an avid mechanic and enjoyed working on cars.

Dennis is survived by his siblings, Gail Soliday, Phillip Denning, Lois Dunn, and Carol Dunham.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Dell M. Denning, Juel Campbell, Janice Marie Perez, Gwen Stevens, Deloss Denning, and Irmadeen "Irma" Cornwall.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 23, 2026, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road. The family will visit with friends Monday from 1-1:45 p.m. prior.
