White will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Oxford Cemetery in Oxford, Nebraska with Pastor Albert Longe officiating.Denise Rae White, 79 years of age, of Saginaw, Texas, formerly of Oxford, Nebraska, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2025, at The Lodge of Saginaw Health and Wellness in Saginaw. Denise was born in Oxford, on January 13, 1947, one of three children, born to James and Idella (Gitt) Cropp. She received her education from Oxford Public Schools, graduating with the class of 1965.On February 8, 1967, Denise was united in marriage to Larry White. They were blessed with two children: Brent and Jolisa. Larry's work took the family all over the US. During this time, Denise worked at various jobs in Grinnell, IA, Fort Wayne, IN, Bedford, TX, and Caracas, Venezuela. In 1997, the couple returned to Oxford.Denise enjoyed reading, listening to music, spending time with her friends and family, and watching sports, especially her beloved Huskers!She was a member of the Oxford United Methodist Church and the Wednesday Night ClubDenise was preceded in death by: her parents, James and Idella Cropp; her husband, Larry White; and one brother, Ron Cropp.Denise is survived by her two children: Brent White and his wife, Veronica of Saginaw, Texas and Jolisa Kohout of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; three grandchildren: Dakota, Brayden and Ashlyn; brother, Larry Cropp and his wife, Donna of Ft.
