Denise Velasquez

Denise Velasquez, 89, of Charlotte, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2026, at Novant Health in Mint Hill. She left this earth to join her heavenly family.

Denise lived a long and full life in the Charlotte area, where she was known for her deep faith and the quiet strength she brought to her family and community. She remained a devoted member of St. Luke Catholic Church, finding comfort and purpose in her spiritual life until the very end.

She is remembered fondly by her family, who carry forward the values and love she shared with them throughout her 89 years. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
