The annual Dana Point Christmas Boat Parade was a highlight of his year, a tradition he loved sharing with family and friends.A passionate traveler, Denis delighted in cruises with his family, where he would settle in to hear ship captains share their stories of the sea. Music was another of his great loves, particularly classic rock, and he could often be found at summer concerts along the California coast, enjoying cover bands as the sun set over the Pacific. One particularly memorable evening was spent dancing the night away with family and friends at a Gary Sinise and the Lt. Dan Band performance, a night filled with music, laughter, and the joy that Denis brought to every gathering.Known for his quick wit and infectious laughter, Denis had an uncanny ability to deliver the perfect joke at just the right moment, bringing joy to any gathering.
