Delores M. Yarbrough, a cherished daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 88. Born on June 16, 1937, in Marion, Illinois, to Carl and Violet McKinnies, she grew up in a loving home that instilled in her the values of kindness, resilience, and family devotion, qualities that defined her throughout her life.

In 1969, Delores married her soulmate, Jack Yarbrough, and together they built a home filled with laughter and love. They enjoyed boating on peaceful waters, traveling to new places, and spending joyful time with their grandchildren. Delores was a devoted mother to her daughters, Melanie Ann Miller and the late Michelle Bradburn, offering them constant support and a foundation of strength. She was a beloved grandmother to Jack and Cole Bradburn, who brought her great pride and happiness. Her son-in-law, Gene Bradburn, was also a treasured member of her family.

Delores was preceded in death by her husband, Jack; her daughter, Michelle; her parents, Carl and Violet; and her siblings, Jack, Carla, Steven, Keith, and Thomas. She is survived by her daughter, Melanie; her sister, Janice Wallace of Florida; and her brothers, Gene McKinnies of Illinois, Pastor Jim McKinnies of Michigan, and George McKinnies of Indiana. Her family remembers her gentle spirit, her unwavering love, and the grace with which she faced life’s challenges. They are especially grateful for the devoted care provided by Tammy Newbury, whose kindness brought Delores comfort and peace in her later years.
