Delores Baker

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Baker in Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on March 4, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Hulon Holland and Dorothy Louise Lewis Holland; her husband Donald Clifton Baker; and her siblings, Jess Hulon Holland Jr., Louis Holland, Ursula Holland Webster and Dorothy Holland Murphy.

She is survived by: her children, Debra Kay Baker Perthuis (Tommy) and David Ray Baker (Donna); her grandchildren, Brandon Perthuis (Michelle), Bret Perthuis (Tracy), Britnie Perthuis Morris, JoDee Baker Woodcock (Clint), Jared Baker (Jennessa), Jenny Baker Guinn (Nick) and Justin David Baker; her great grandchildren, Chase Perthuis, Ty, Brayden Perthuis, Kayden, Kynslee, Kannon Morris, Callie Jo, Cara Jean Woodcock, Harrison, Miles and Eli Baker; her sister Barbara Holland Bledsoe of Dickinson; and her sister-in-law Sandi Baker of Norfolk. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Christian Church (1204 Ross St, La Marque, TX 77568).
