Della Louise Vaughn of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away on March 16, 2026, at the age of 69. With her warmth and kindness, Della touched the lives of many, creating memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank “Webb” Garrett and Anna “Luddy” Pennington; her husband, Luther Vaughn; her grandson, Jayden Vaughn; and her sisters, Elizabeth Garrett, Karen Whitlow, and Gina Abney-Oaks.
Della is survived by her son, Caleb Vaughn; her grandchildren, Aliyah, Bentley, Kayden Vaughn, and Hadleigh Houchens; her sisters, Jennifer “Becky” Pennington (Mikey) and Melissa Sturgeon-Abney (Kenny); her siblings’ children, Blake Hobart, Chandler Smith, Lee Ennis, and Trinity Smith Harrison (Ryan); and her cousin, Stacy Emberton.
