Dee Nichole Smith

Dee Nichole Smith, age 39, of Mount Airy, NC passed away on Sunday March 8, 2026, at Atrium Wake Forest Health Center. She was born in Surry County on December 26, 1986, the daughter of Richard “Rick” Smith and Rebecca “Becky” Seivers Smith. Miss Smith graduated from North Surry High School. She is survived by her children, Cayden, Evan, and Emma; parents, Rick and Becky Smith; siblings, Nathan Smith (Melissa), Christina Roberts (Jerald), Mallory Wadsworth (Ian), grandmother, Shelby Moser Smith; two nieces and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Henry Seivers, Sr. and Lois Seivers and Clarence Smith. A service of celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. Moody Funeral Service of Mount Airy is serving the Smith family.
