She was born on September 9, 1954 in Mexico, Missouri to Eddie and Helen (Hunt) Neill who both precede her in death. On May 29, 1993 Debra married Terry Lee Stacy who survives. Also preceding Debra in death are her sister Carol Ann, her brother Bobby (Joan) Clark Sr. , nephew Bret Clark, and special friends Linda Rose and Charlene Cooley, also fur babies Maddie Rose and Moses Kenobie. Surviving are; Niece Dawn (Kevin) Engel Sr., of Valparaiso, Nephew Bobby Clark Jr. of Portage; great nieces and nephews Hannah (Troy) Baker, Adair Engel, Kevin (Kaite) Engel Jr, Rebekkah (Jesse) Dupont, Noah (Vanessa) Clark, and Klarcston (Grace) Engel; great great nieces and nephews Nayana, Aubree, and Zayden Clark, Anthony, Isaiah and Adalyn Roman, Ryland Casey, and Harper Rose Engel; and special friends Iris, Debi, Patsy, Brenda, Cheri, Susan, Angela, Linda, and Joy. Her beloved fur babies Oliver James and Lucy Blue survive. Debra was a retired accounting manager for Potter Electrical Signal Company. She grew up in the Baptist Church singing in the choir and later graduated from Centralia High School in Missouri in 1973. Debra was a professor at Columbia College. She received her under graduate and MBA (1993) from Colombia College in accounting/finance. A private graveside service will be held at Graceland Cemetery in Kouts.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
