Debra Lynn "Deb" Kennedy

Debra Lynn Kennedy, 69, of Rochester, Minnesota, passed away unexpectedly on March 5, 2026, at her home.

Born on March 19, 1956, in Rochester to Therrold and Dorothy (Finch) Moe, Debra graduated from John Marshall High School in 1974. She married Thomas R. Kennedy on December 20, 1982, and the couple made their home in Rochester. Debra worked as a server before becoming a stay-at-home mother to their children, devoting herself fully to raising her family.

She found quiet joy in hunting for treasures at garage sales, spending time with her family, caring for her dogs, and most of all, cherishing moments with her grandchildren. Debra’s warm presence and steady love left a deep impression on all who knew her.

She is survived by her children, Patrick (Lindsey) Kennedy and Hannah Kennedy, both of Rochester; her grandson, William; granddaughter, Aveline; her mother, Dorothy Toogood; sisters Gloria, Kim, and Brenda; and brother Steve. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas; her father, Therrold; and her sister, Carole.
