Miller, 68, of Conesville, Iowa, formerly of Dubuque, passed away on March 6, 2026, at Heritage Specialty Care, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.Committal Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road, is assisting the family.Debra was born on April 27, 1957, in Dubuque, Iowa, the daughter of John M. and Janice L. (Lampers) Miller. She attended Dubuque Senior High School. She loved cooking, spending time outdoors, and taking care of her many pets. She had two children and enjoyed watching them grow into adulthood.Debra is survived by her two children, Misty L. (Mark Pohle) Lampers of Guttenberg, Iowa, and Jonathan Michael Barratt of Conesville, Iowa; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters Pamela J. Silvertooth and Dawn M. Lampers; and brother Troy J. (Wendy) Lampers, all of Dubuque.She was preceded in death by her parents John and Janice; sister Laura A.
