Debra Ann White Kelly

Debra Ann White Kelly, age 72, of Cape Fair, Missouri, passed away peacefully at her home on March 10, 2026, with her husband Wayne by her side.

Born on September 18, 1953, in Levelland, Texas, to Joe Athel White and Mary Rose (Kovar) White, Debra was baptized Lutheran and carried a deep and abiding faith throughout her life. On October 3, 1970, she married the love of her life, Wayne Kelly. Together they shared 55 beautiful years centered on love, family, and faith.

Debra was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who always placed her family first. She cherished road trips, time spent with loved ones, craft fairs, shopping, and traveling. Her warm heart, quiet strength, and unwavering devotion to those she loved left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Wayne Kelly; her daughter, Maryann (Tom) Gamble; her son, Christopher (Brandi) Kelly; grandchildren Jordan, Kayden, and Lauren; and great-grandchildren Mariah, Aaliyah, Weston, Addisyn, Paxton, and Emiliano. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Mary White; her sister, Linda; and her brother, Danny.
