Though Debra Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Debra Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Severn and Betty Severn (Singleton); and her brothers, Eddie Severn and Freddy Severn. She is survived by: her husband Donald Adams; her daughter Christina; her son-in-law Kyle Carroll of Yukon, OK; her sister Teresa; her brother-in-law Bert Bradley of Delaware; and her grandchildren, Emery and Brooks Carroll. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Fort Sill National Cemetery (2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK 73538).
