Deborah Kathleen Newland Klimaszewski

Deborah Kathleen Newland Klimaszewski, 69, of Triadelphia, West Virginia, died on March 10, 2026, at Wheeling Hospital.

Born on October 28, 1956, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Barbara Moore Newland. Debbie worked as a certified nursing assistant and retired from the medical records department at Wheeling Hospital after 25 years of service. She was an avid craft maker who found great joy in lifelong camping trips at Seneca Lake. She had a generous spirit, taking special delight in giving gifts and making others feel welcomed and appreciated. Above all, she was deeply proud of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank E. Klimaszewski, Sr., and her sister, Cecilia Newland.

She is survived by her children, Barbara Ann Klimaszewski (Derrick) Iverson and Frank E. (Amanda Murphy) Klimaszewski, Jr.; grandchildren, Dakota Blanchard, Emma Iverson, Haley Klimaszewski, and Dillion (Madison) Klimaszewski; three great-grandchildren and one on the way; siblings, Donald Newland, Darrell Newland, and Daphne (Chuck) Huffman; and several nieces and nephews.
