Deborah is survived by her late husband Carl Lee Christmas, Sr. and her late parents Elise Arceneaux and Melvin Arceneaux, three children: Linda Christmas, Carl Christmas, Jr. (Waukiesha), and Lisa Christmas (Ricky); six sisters: Sonia Arceneaux, Terry Smith (late Rev Smith) Wanda Allen, Yoland Sheridan, Nicole Braggs (Jessie) and Karen Bijole (Eric) three brothers: Darren Arceneaux, Bryan Owens (Trenell) and Edwin Brown (Rhonda) three uncles: late Richard Sheridan (late Yvonne) Clarence Sheridan, Sr. (Jeannie) and Joseph Sheidan, Sr. (Susie), eight grandchildren: Justin (Dayja), Kayla, Camerin, Demetri, Brooklyn, Kanada, Carter, and Carly, four great grandchildren: Jaidyn, Camerin, Jr., Journei, and Braiden. Also, survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Thursday, March 12, 2026, for 10:00 a.m. at The Boyd Family Funeral Home, 5001 Chef Menteur Hwy., New Orleans, LA 70126. Private visitation 9:30 a.m., immediate family only. Pastor Malcolm Collins of Pressing Onward Baptist Church in New Orleans will be officiating.
