Deborah Ann Alford

Deborah Ann Alford, age 75, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026. A graveside service will be held 11AM Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Tyrone Memory Gardens in Fenton.

Deborah was born on December 10, 1950, in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of the late Thomas Simpson and Hannah Mae (Watson) Edgington. She was so proud of her five children and loved talking about them.

Deborah had a wonderful smile that always got your attention, and she never passed up an opportunity for some black cherry ice cream. She loved animals and enjoyed exploring new places, but she was just as happy taking a simple drive and enjoying the journey. She found happiness in life’s small moments and the people she loved.

She is survived by her children, Jason (Eirini) Alford, Rhonda (Maurizio) Squillario, Amanda (Jim) Combs, Kevin Alford, and Daniel Alford; her grandchildren, David Combs and Jessica Alford; her brothers, Thomas Edgington and William "Billy" Edgington; and her sister, Sharon Lee Edgington.

Deborah was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Charles Edgington; sisters, Valerie Lynn Edgington and Rhona Gayle (Benadum) Houser.
